FLEXITIME

  • A flexible working hour schedule allowing employees to alter the start and end of their workdays. The objective is to enable staff to balance work with their personal commitments.

 

  • Exos, the current time clock system can technically be modified to fit flexitime without additional development.

REMINDER:

Absolute priority should be given to client servicing, which cannot by any means be altered.

PROPOSITIONS

  • Time slots need to be kept, but adding more flexibility, i.e. from 7:00 to 19:00.

​​

  • The current mandatory time slots: 9:30 to 11:30 and 14:15 to 16:00 would disappear.

  • PROMOTION PROPOSAL

Promotion of one or two trainings at each town hall staff meeting and implementation of a top 10 training ranking.​

Creation of promotional videos of the said trainings. 

​

  • WIN-WIN

Each manager allocates two days of non core training per year.​

Each staff member to send out an official request each trimester for a half day training.

Unlock a Friday morning each trimester (for those who are not concerned by the change).

Teasing: have you spent your weekly 30 minutes on training?

Measure the amount of unlocked Fridays.​

LIGHT & EASY                                              10 to 15 Mins​

Simple exercises that will enable you to revitalize your metabolism by increasing your blood circulation.

Climb up and down as many stairs as possible in 10 to 15​

mins.

  • WALKING

Increase your stride and/or train on a slope

Itinerary#1: Diversity street is 100 meters long.

Itinerary#2: a walk around the block is 1,1km long.

  • STRETCHING 

Standing with your legs together, stretch the back

of your thighs and lower back (lumbar region)

for 2 x 30 seconds.

"RE-FOCUS" EXERCISES                                           5 Mins​

Refocus and eliminate all accumulated muscle tension.

​

  • STRESS MANAGEMENT: Close your eyes for 10 to 15 seconds, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Put your hand on your stomach and feel it go away when you breath in.

​​

  • POSTURE: Correct your sitting position by retracting your navel and elongating your posture to the maximum while relaxing your shoulders.

​​

  • STRETCHING: Extend your arm and strech it during 30 seconds while breathing slowly.
